Before pick up the cargo please check following points:
• Please ensure that the goods are release from customs or with valid T1-document.
• Please take following documents to warehouse for pick up:
For Hamburg Warehouse:
- Release order
- A18 (please download here)
For Duisburg Warehouse:
- Release order
- Pick up note (please download here)
If either of the above two conditions is not met, the goods cannot be picked up.
How to get Release Order:
a. Release order will be send directly to Consignee on BL per e-mail
b. If you are not Consignee on BL, please send email to cfs.doc@dels-spedition.de with following document:
- BL from Consignee
- Authorization (POA) from Consignee, please download the POA here
